About
We are the 50th Chicano Moratorium Committee, a group dedicated to educating people about the Chicano Moratorium of August 29, 1970, and the conditions and events that led up to it, known as the Chicano Civil Rights Movement. We continue to fight for peace, liberation and education about this iconic event, with the understanding that we will move beyond the limitations of our past.
We welcome new members who agree to respect one another and adhere to our Points of Unity.
